Poly-Kor XHD Impact Door

The Poly-Kor XHD features a continuously welded tubular aluminum sub-frame for light weight, high durability and excellent dimensional stability. High impact ABS facings bonded and mechanically fastened to the sub-frame assure the integrity of the door construction. Poly-Kor XHD includes 42" high teardrop bumpers, full-width vision panels and combination jamb guards and bottom bearings. The door-body is secured to the full-height shaft, stile and gravity-action hardware with full-height aluminum mounts. This construction provides distortion-free corrosion-resistant door panels that are excellent for large openings and wash-down areas.

	V-Cam gravity hinges are virtually indestructible. A cast Meehanite hinge with sealed bearings provides a 180° swing arc and 3/4" rise - extended swing and 1-1/2" rise is also available.

Compare These Features

Metal or high impact colored ABS facings are bonded and riveted to the frame to prevent peeling, chipping or denting. The fastening system and facing materials are USDA approved for wash-down applications. In addition, the Poly-Kor XHD includes 42" poly bumpers, full width vision panels, safety cushion nosing, and jamb guard/bottom bearings. Panels are custom fit to within 1/8" of specified opening and may be ordered with a variety of options.
