With Hörmann Flexon Screen-Master insect barrier screen doors, you don't have to sacrifice sanitation for comfort. Our insect barrier screen doors are available in several models for applications in packaging companies, food processing facilities, warehouses, and bakeries.

Durability	Easy Fitting
The nylon mesh screen remains vibrant for years. Antiseptic additives prevent mildew growth, and the materials clean easily with soap and water. The 10oz./sq. yd. vinyl coated polyester screen has a thread count of 17 x 11/sq. in. providing a long service life. A fine weave material with 28 x 11 thread count is optional.	The low-profile, galvanized steel guide tracks on our roll-up models occupy only a minimal amount of space within the door opening.
Extra Protection	Strength
All Screen-Master doors come with bottom draft seals that provide extra protection from unwanted access at the bottom of the door. On roll-up models SC-100, SC-200 and SC-800, the draft seal is foam0filled; sliding models SC-300 and SC-500 come with a tear-resistant vinyl floor sweep gasket.	Screen-Master doors are made for use in low to moderate wind conditions. Models SC-100, SC-200 and SC-800 come with full-width, wind stabilizer profiles providing panel stability and preventing the door from blowing out. During high winds, we recommend keeping the doors in the fully open position.
Convenience	Versatility
Our automatic roll-up models SC-100 and SC-800 offer great convenience. They come with a 110v UL-rated heavy duty tubular motor for low-cycle use, which opens and closes the panel at 12" per second. Integral low-profile limit switches close the door firmly to the floor.	Screen-Master doors are very versatile and accommodate most applications: Under lintel (standard), face-of-wall or overhead door stand-off mount to minimize potential damage to the screen.

The SC-100 insect barrier screen doors includes the following standard features: Maximum size for standard under lintel mounting configuration is 10'0" wide x 14'10" high. Optional overhead door stand-off mount is available with either sheet metal or screen sides. 10 oz. per square yard screen panel. Standard color: Royal blue. Full-width reinforcement profiles are located in 3" high, safety orange pockets. (Orange on inside face of curtain only.) 110 volt, UL-rated tubular motor operates the curtain at a speed of 12" per second up and down. Designed for low-cycle use. One constant contact, UL-rated two-position rocker switch for activation. Heavy duty galvanized steel guide tracks have 2" low profile projection and are highlighted by safety orange PVC inserts. Foam filled bottom draft seal. 12" high, 22 oz. blue vinyl head curtain with aluminum clamp strip. One year warranty on parts and workmanship.

The SC-800 insect barrier screen doors includes the following standard features: Maximum size for standard under lintel mounting configuration is 14'8" wide x 16'0" high. Optional overhead door stand-off mount has sheet metal sides. 10 oz. per square yard screen panel. Standard color: Royal blue. Sectional panel design has three sections, with Speed-Master style aluminum hinges and bottom bar with breakaway tabs. 110 volt, UL-rated tubular motor operates the curtain at a speed of 12" per second up and down. Designed for low-cycle use. One constant contact, UL-rated two-position rocker switch for activation. Heavy duty galvanized steel guide tracks with 4" low profile projection. Cushioned bottom edge with adjustable safety yellow vinyl floor loop seal. One year warranty on parts and workmanship.

The SC-200 manual roll up insect barrier screen door includes the following standard features: Maximum size for standard under lintel mounting configuration is 10'0" wide x 10'10" high. Optional overhead door stand-off mount is available with either sheet metal or screen sides. 10 oz. per square yard screen panel. Standard color: Royal blue. Full-width reinforcement profiles are located in 3" high, safety orange pockets. (Orange on inside face of curtain only.) 3" diameter galvanized steel, spring-loaded roll tube. Conveniently located hand straps allow for easy operation. Heavy duty galvanized steel guide tracks have 2" low profile projection and are highlighted by safety orange PVC inserts. The SC-300 and SC-500 vinyl sliding curtain includes the following standard features: Model SC-300 is single-sliding. Model SC-500 is bi-parting. Maximum size for standard under lintel mounting configuration is 15'0" wide x 15'0" high. 10 oz. per square yard screen panel. Standard color: Royal blue. Galvanized steel sliding track hardware. 1" diameter galvanized steel pipe staffs with integral 5/8" cane bolt floor locking pins.
